Les identifiants de connexion \u00e0 DirectAdmin vous permettent d'acc\u00e9der au compte FTP, qui vous donne un acc\u00e8s complet \u00e0 toutes les donn\u00e9es. Cependant, si vous souhaitez cr\u00e9er un compte utilisateur FTP pour un r\u00e9pertoire sp\u00e9cifique, vous pouvez cr\u00e9er un compte FTP s\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Connectez-vous \u00e0 votre compte DirectAdmin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Dans la section Gestion des comptes, cliquez sur Gestion FTP ou tapez Gestion FTP dans la bo\u00eete de filtre de navigation et l'option appara\u00eetra. Cliquez dessus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cliquez sur Cr\u00e9er un compte FTP. Vous le trouverez en haut \u00e0 droite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Entrez le nom d'utilisateur FTP et un mot de passe. Choisissez ensuite l'option Domaine ou toute autre option souhait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Cliquez sur Cr\u00e9er.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Votre compte FTP sera cr\u00e9\u00e9 et vos donn\u00e9es de connexion FTP s'afficheront. Copiez-les dans un endroit s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Certains ISP bloquent le protocole FTP (port 21). Par cons\u00e9quent, vous ne pouvez pas vous connecter \u00e0 votre progiciel d'h\u00e9bergement chez nous. Nous savons, entre autres, qu'aux Pays-Bas, c'est le cas de KPN. Vous pouvez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement supprimer le blocage dans les param\u00e8tres de votre modem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
