1. General
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Conditions") apply to the giveaway contest (hereinafter, the "Contest") organized by Digi Hosting, located at A. Van Ooteghemstraat 7, 9050 Ghent (hereinafter, "Digi Hosting").

By participating in the Contest, the entrant unreservedly agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The current version can be viewed on Digi Hosting's website.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, nor is it affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.

2. Participation
Participation is permitted for persons 18 years and older, residing in the Netherlands or Belgium. Employees of Digi Hosting and others directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the Contest are excluded from participation.

Follow the instructions in the appropriate Instagram or Facebook post to participate. An active Instagram or Facebook account is required, but account creation is not required. Digi Hosting is not liable for problems with personal accounts.

Participation is free and completely voluntary. Only one participation is allowed per person.

3. How does it work?
The competition ends on May 31, 2025.

Winners will be chosen at random, using the shifting question, and will receive an email with further information.

4. Price
The price includes a .nl or .be domain name and the Master Web Hosting package for the duration of a full year.

The prize will be awarded as offered; there is no possibility of exchange, cash reimbursement or other alternatives.

Digi Hosting reserves the right to verify a winner's age. The use or misuse of the prize is beyond the responsibility of Digi Hosting. In the event of force majeure, the prize may be replaced with an equivalent alternative.

The identity of participants may be verified. Fraud will result in immediate exclusion from participation.

5. Personal data
Digi Hosting processes personal data solely for the purpose of organizing the Contest and awarding the prize. The applicable privacy statement is available at: https://www.digi.hosting/privacybeleid.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in exclusion.

Participants have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of their data through Digi Hosting's customer service.

Digi Hosting may approach participants for feedback. Participation in this is voluntary and does not entitle you to compensation.

6. Liability
Digi Hosting is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the Contest, technical malfunctions, typographical errors or other causes beyond its control. Entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or incorrect will not be accepted.

7. Other provisions
Digi Hosting reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend or cancel the Contest, Terms and Conditions or prizes without any obligation to pay compensation. Any changes will be published on Digi Hosting's website.

Results are final; no correspondence will be entered into. Winners cannot claim compensation.

All intellectual property rights relating to the content and design of the Contest belong to Digi Hosting.

Dutch or Belgian law applies to these Terms and Conditions. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or Belgium.
