Questions? Answers.
What is email hosting?
Email hosting links email addresses to your own domain name, like you@yourcompany.be. More professional than a @gmail address, and entirely yours.
How many mailboxes can I create?
Unlimited, in every plan.
Will my existing emails come along?
Yes. With Move you migrate your mailboxes, with all your folders and messages. Up to 48 hours after the switch we still fetch new mail.
How do I set up my mailbox on my device?
On iPhone, iPad and Mac in one tap via DigiPanel. On other devices you'll find the IMAP and SMTP details in DigiPanel.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Then you get your money back within 30 days. Only for a free domain name do we charge the registration fee. If you migrate with Move, the guarantee ends once the migration is done: you confirm this beforehand.
Your own email address?
Today, on your own domain.
