How does our relocation service work?
Everything is done in three simple steps
1. Choose package
Choose the package that suits you best. With selected packages, our moving service is absolutely free! You can easily find this in the specifications of each package.
2. Relocation requests
Request your move using the form at the top of this page or by emailing us. We will contact you for all the details we need.
3. We move everything
We move all websites, databases, e-mails (if possible), ... to your web hosting with us. Afterwards, you can get started right away.

We are temporarily moving all your data to us for free with all hosting packages. This is a savings of €39.99!
digi.hosting has the possibility to move all your e-mail addresses and e-mails as well. To do this smoothly it is recommended NOT to change the nameservers of your current domain name to those of digi.hosting or not to move your domain name yet. You can order a hosting package without immediately moving your domain name.
digi.hosting already has extensive experience with many different systems. So in 99.99% of cases it does not matter which provider you are currently with.
Your previous provider will not find out that we are moving everything. Just keep in mind that you have to stop your services with your previous provider yourself.
We do our best to keep downtime to a minimum. Unfortunately, it is not completely out of the question.
In order to move everything, we need access to your previous provider's services. Usually the username and password of their control panel is enough to set everything up.
We move all data from your website(s), subdomains, databases, FTP accounts, cronjobs and SSL certificates. With Managed WordPress Hosting, we also update your WordPress, themes and plug-ins.
We do not modify the source code of websites or databases. We also do not change DNS records for domain names that are not under the management of digi.hosting.
