Set up the spam filter in DigiPanel

The spam filter applies to all mailboxes on your domain.

Here's how

1. Log in to your client area (my.digi.hosting), go to Services and click your plan. Choose Manage: that opens DigiPanel.
2. Go to Email → Spam filter.
3. Turn on the spam filter and choose How strict (Normal is recommended).
4. Choose where spam goes: the Spam folder is safest.
5. Optionally enter addresses under Always block or Never treat as spam.

A normal email still in spam? Add the sender to Never treat as spam.
