Change a database user's password

Change a database user's password.

Here's how

1. Log in to DirectAdmin: open your plan in your client area and click Open DirectAdmin. You're signed in right away.
2. Go to Account Manager → MySQL Management and click the database.
3. Click Change password next to the user.
4. Enter a new password and click Save.
5. Also change the password in your website's settings (e.g. wp-config.php), or your site can no longer reach the database.

Faster without DirectAdmin: in DigiPanel you do this under Website → Databases.
