Delete an FTP account

Delete an extra FTP account you no longer use.

Here's how

  1. Log in to DirectAdmin: open your plan in your client area and click Open DirectAdmin. You're signed in right away.
  2. Go to Account Manager → FTP Management.
  3. Tick the account and click Delete. Confirm.

You can't delete the main FTP account. The files stay; only the access disappears.

Faster without DirectAdmin: in DigiPanel you do this under Website → FTP accounts.
