Download a database (backup)

A copy of your database is handy for a move, a test or as an extra backup.

Here's how

1. Log in to DirectAdmin: open your plan in your client area and click Open DirectAdmin. You're signed in right away.
2. Go to Account Manager → MySQL Management.
3. Click the plus sign to the right of the database and choose Download as SQL or GZ.
4. Save the file on your computer.

We also make automatic backups every day: you restore them in DigiPanel under Backups.
