View your site's error messages (error log)

Does your site show a white page or a "500" error? The error log tells you what's going wrong.

Here's how

1. Go to Account Manager → Site Summary / Statistics / Logs.
2. Click Error Log next to your domain.
3. Read the last lines: they usually say which file or plugin caused the error.

You can also see the error log in DigiPanel, under Website → Error log.
