Set up email on your phone or computer

With these details you set up your mailbox in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or your phone's mail app. Always choose IMAP: then you see the same mail on all your devices.

Here's how

  1. iPhone, iPad or Mac? Use the profile from DigiPanel (Email → On iPhone/Mac): one tap and done.
  2. Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.be, IMAP, port 993, SSL. (POP: port 995, SSL.)
  3. Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.be, port 465 with SSL, or port 587 with STARTTLS.
  4. Username: your full email address. Password: that mailbox's password. Secure Password Authentication (SPA): off.

Can't sign in? Try logging in at webmail.yourdomain.be. If that doesn't work either, set a new password in DigiPanel.

Don't use ports without encryption (143, 110, 25): they're unsafe.
