How are my services renewed?

Your service is renewed for the period you chose: monthly or yearly. A domain name is renewed for the registration period (usually 1 year).

Here's how

1. Well before the expiry date you get an invoice.
2. Turned on auto-renewal (in your client area or the step plan in DigiPanel)? Then we pay it automatically with your saved payment method.
3. Otherwise simply pay the invoice yourself before the due date.
4. Prefer yearly over monthly? That's cheaper; switch next to your plan in your client area.

Want to stop? Cancel your service in your client area. You can do so up to the end of the current period.
