Do I have to cancel my Easyhost plan right away?

No, wait until your site and mail are running with us and the switch is done. Do check which notice period applies at Easyhost.

Will any emails get lost during the switch?

No. Move copies all your email in advance, and up to 48 hours after the switch we still fetch new mail from Easyhost.

Will my site go offline?

No. Your site at Easyhost stays online until you decide to switch over. After that your domain points to your new site straight away.

How do I request my domain's transfer code?

You'll usually find it in your Easyhost account under your domain names, as transfer code, EPP code or authorisation code. Can't find it? Request it from Easyhost directly.

Does switching cost anything?

With an annual plan from Power upwards, migrating with Move is free. With other plans you pay a fixed price.
