Do I have to cancel my Hostinger plan right away?

No, wait until your site and mail are running with us and the switch is done. Do check which notice period applies at Hostinger.

Will any emails get lost during the switch?

No. Move copies all your email in advance, and up to 48 hours after the switch we still fetch new mail from Hostinger.

Will my site go offline?

No. Your site at Hostinger stays online until you decide to switch over. After that your domain points to your new site straight away.

How do I request my domain's transfer code?

You'll usually find it in your Hostinger account under your domain names, as transfer code, EPP code or authorisation code. Can't find it? Request it from Hostinger directly.

Does switching cost anything?

With an annual plan from Power upwards, migrating with Move is free. With other plans you pay a fixed price.
