Hoe vraag ik de verhuiscode van mijn domein aan?

Meestal vind je die in je GoDaddy-account bij je domeinnamen, als verhuiscode, EPP-code of autorisatiecode. Vind je hem niet, vraag hem dan aan bij GoDaddy zelf.

Do I have to cancel my GoDaddy plan right away?

No, wait until your site and mail are running with us and the switch is done. Do check which notice period applies at GoDaddy.

Will any emails get lost during the switch?

No. Move copies all your email in advance, and up to 48 hours after the switch we still fetch new mail from GoDaddy.

Will my site go offline?

No. Your site at GoDaddy stays online until you decide to switch over. After that your domain points to your new site straight away.

How do I request my domain's transfer code?

You'll usually find it in your GoDaddy account under your domain names, as transfer code, EPP code or authorisation code. Can't find it? Request it from GoDaddy directly.

Does switching cost anything?

With an annual plan from Power upwards, migrating with Move is free. With other plans you pay a fixed price.
