Nee. Je site bij TransIP blijft online tot jij beslist om om te schakelen. Daarna wijst je domein meteen naar je nieuwe site.

Hoe vraag ik de verhuiscode van mijn domein aan?

Meestal vind je die in je TransIP-account bij je domeinnamen, als verhuiscode, EPP-code of autorisatiecode. Vind je hem niet, vraag hem dan aan bij TransIP zelf.

Kost overstappen iets?

Bij een jaarpakket vanaf Power is verhuizen met Move gratis. Bij andere pakketten betaal je een vaste prijs.

Start Move in DigiPanelWordPress? Install our plugin on your current site. Otherwise: your FTP and database details from your TransIP account.

Bring your mail alongEnter the password you currently use for each mailbox. We find TransIP's mail server in your DNS ourselves.

Switch overCompare old and new, and flip the switch. After that you can cancel your TransIP plan.

Do I have to cancel my TransIP plan right away?

No, wait until your site and mail are running with us and the switch is done. Do check which notice period applies at TransIP.

Will any emails get lost during the switch?

No. Move copies all your email in advance, and up to 48 hours after the switch we still fetch new mail from TransIP.

Will my site go offline?

No. Your site at TransIP stays online until you decide to switch over. After that your domain points to your new site straight away.

How do I request my domain's transfer code?

You'll usually find it in your TransIP account under your domain names, as transfer code, EPP code or authorisation code. Can't find it? Request it from TransIP directly.

Does switching cost anything?

With an annual plan from Power upwards, migrating with Move is free. With other plans you pay a fixed price.
