Delete a backup you made yourself

Backups you make yourself take up storage. Delete them after you've downloaded them.

Here's how

Log in to DirectAdmin: open your plan in your client area and click Open DirectAdmin. You're signed in right away.
Go to System Info & Files → File Manager.
Open the backups folder.
Right-click the backup file and choose Delete.

Our automatic backups aren't in this folder and are kept safe.
