Is your site unreachable with a message that it's suspended? These are the possible causes.
Here's how
- An unpaid invoice: check your client area under Invoices. After payment everything is usually back online within half an hour.
- Storage or bandwidth full: check in your client area or in DigiPanel how much you use, and upgrade or clean up.
- A suspended domain in DirectAdmin: go to Account Manager → Domain Setup, tick the domain and click Unsuspend.
- Abuse (e.g. a hacked site sending spam): you'll have received an email from us. Reply to that email and we'll solve it together.
