With an extra FTP account you give someone access to one folder, without sharing your main password.

Here's how #

1. Log in to DirectAdmin: open your plan in your client area and click Open DirectAdmin. You're signed in right away.
2. Go to Account Manager → FTP Management and click Create FTP account at the top right.
3. Enter a username and password and choose the folder.
4. Click Create and keep the details safe.

Faster without DirectAdmin: in DigiPanel you do this under Website → FTP accounts.
