An autoresponder replies automatically to every email sent to an address, e.g. pricelist@ that immediately sends back your price list.

Here's how #

1. Log in to DirectAdmin: open your plan in your client area and click Open DirectAdmin. You're signed in right away.
2. Go to Email Manager → Autoresponders and click Create Autoresponder.
3. Choose the address, a subject and whether the message is text or HTML.
4. Choose how often the same sender gets a reply.
5. Write your message, optionally add a CC address and click Create.

Want to keep the mail itself too? Then make sure a mailbox with the same address exists.
