Have you received a notification that your websites have been "suspended"? Your website(s) are no longer accessible as a result. In this article we will discuss step by step the possible causes.
Can you still log into DirectAdmin? #
If you can successfully log into DirectAdmin, you can lift the suspension of domain names yourself. In DirectAdmin, go to Account Management and then Domain Settings. Check the relevant domain name and click "Lift Suspension." You may also have reached your disk space and/or bandwidth limit.
If you can no longer log into DirectAdmin, your entire account has been taken offline by Digi.Hosting. Please read the possible causes below.
Did you renew your subscription on time?
Make sure you renewed your hosting subscription on time through your customer panel. Under Expired Products you can renew your service. Normally everything is back online within half an hour.
Violation of general terms and conditions?
If your subscription did renew, it is possible that your web hosting or reseller hosting account was simply taken offline by Digi.Hosting due to violation of the terms and conditions. It could be that one of your websites has been hacked and is sending spam, or that malware or other illegal content is being hosted. Digi.Hosting will always notify you by email of such situations. You can respond to this email to resolve the problem.
