- Log in to your DirectAdmin account.
- In the E-mail Management section, click E-mail accounts or type E-mail accounts in the navigation filter box. The option appears. Click on it.
- Under the list of email accounts, the email address is displayed with a plus icon on the right.
- Click the Plus icon and choose Change password/username.
- Change/rename your e-mail username in the Username field.
- Click Save.
Your email address is successfully renamed.
