The layout type "Floating Block" is an excellent choice if you want pixel-perfect precision in your compositions. Here's how to use one:
- Adding a layout:
- Drag the layout from the main toolbar and drop it there .
- Select the layout composition "S1".
- Change layout to floating:
- Select the newly added "Layout" in the "Page Structure" section of the right-hand toolbar.
- Select "Floating Block" from the Layout section of the right-hand toolbar.
- "Adjust floating block:
- Select "Background", "Border" and/or "Shadow" to customize the visual appearance of the element.
- Use "Size" to adjust the layout size by changing "Height" and "Width". You can also use lines on the edges of the element to adjust the layout size.
- Select an item within the layout and use the arrow symbol to move it and the underlying items up or down.
- Drag and drop elements from other layouts and put them exactly where you need them.
- To change the order of the elements, right-click on the element and select the desired "Order" option.
