Connect Microsoft 365 (Outlook) to your domain name

Use Outlook / Exchange Online with your own domain name. Your website stays as it is.

Here's how #

  1. Add your domain in the Microsoft 365 admin centre. Microsoft shows a TXT code (MS=…) to verify it.
  2. Open DNS management for your domain name (or DNS in DigiPanel).
  3. Under Quick setup, choose Microsoft 365 (Outlook) and paste the verification code.
  4. Does Microsoft show a different MX value than the default? Enter it. Want DKIM? Then enter your onmicrosoft.com domain.
  5. Click See what changes and then Apply. Then verify in Microsoft 365.

Entered your onmicrosoft.com domain? Then also turn on DKIM in Microsoft Defender.
