We make automatic backups every day. You restore yourself: everything, or just your files, one database, one mailbox or your DNS.
Here's how #
- Log in to your client area (my.digi.hosting), go to Services and click your plan. Choose Manage: that opens DigiPanel.
- Go to the Backups tab.
- Choose a date.
- Tick what you want to restore and click Restore.
- Confirm. After a few minutes everything is back as it was on that day.
What you restore is overwritten with that day's version. If you only restore a mailbox, the rest stays untouched.
How many backups you have (per day and how long they're kept) depends on your plan.
