A good domain name is short, easy to remember and easy to type.
Here's how #
- Short and clear: the shorter, the easier to remember and type.
- Avoid hyphens and numbers: they're often forgotten or pronounced wrong.
- Choose your customers' extension: .be for Belgium, .nl for the Netherlands, .com or .eu for international.
- Also register common typos or the other extension, and forward them to your main domain.
- Check that your name isn't an existing trademark.
